Return Policy for Viviscal PRO
Firefly Pan Asia Trading Pte Ltd including all its subsidiaries and affiliates, (“Firefly”, “Viviscal PRO”, “we”, “our”, and “us”) warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately upon receiving your products.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Orders that are past the 14 days from date of delivery will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is only applicable to products ordered from our website. We reserve the right to deny a refund and/or issue a credit in place of a refund if we determine that our policy is being abused. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it, unused or unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. In case of defects in the product, we will only replace it with a substitute product.
For orders within or out of Singapore, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To facilitate a return, you may email us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that have been delivered for more than 3 days or sending items back to us without any request of return will not be accepted.

Order Changes and Cancellations
In certain circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order or make a cancellation once you have placed your order. If you would like to add on products to your order, please place a new order.
If you need to change your particulars or details of your delivery address , please contact our Customer Services team immediately via WhatsApp at +65 98735643 and provide us with your order number.
Damages and Issues
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction when shopping with us. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email at email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Our products are perishable goods and unless they are faulty or not as described, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened goods or goods no longer sealed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges requested due to scratches, dents, corrosion, or colour where the function of the product is unaffected, or due to deliberate damage or neglect of the product. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchange on sale and free items
We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return. We will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed based on your original payment method. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This will normally take about 14+ business days but could be longer.
